20 January 2011 Sir i have submitted the online ST-1, ours is a private limited company having 7 people in the board, while filling ST-1 i gave details of Authorized signatory only i did not furnish the details other 6 directors in the form and i have uploaded the from.

Now i would like to know the consequences of the above,is it mandatory to furnish all the details of directors

20 January 2011 Yes. It is mandatory to give the complete details of the directors.

The form submitted online will be processed only on submission of physical signed documents.

Hence , you can create a new login account , fill all the details and submit it online and after submitting the same online , you can submit the documents and get the same approved.

You can ignore the form you have submitted already. Automatically on lapse of time, it will be deleted by the system
