Service Tax on Reimbursement expns

20 January 2011 One of our employee relocated to Malaysia (Our Inter company). We received the bill from transport company for relocation of baggage from Bangalore to Malayia. We paid for them also. Actually this expense will reimburse by Malaysia co, so i have to raise a debit note to Malaysia co. My question weather service tax is applicable for this reimbursement or not?
