A private Company wants to issue shares at premium. Can a company receive part premium with face value now and the remaining premium and amount later?

I want to know the applicability of PF. When the company has to deduct PF? What are the rules? Previously our company has 11 employees but we haven't deducted PF on the salaries paid to them since we don't had PF No. at that time but now we got PF No. and started deducting PF and our employees as on today are 25. So plz tell me whether we need to deduct PF from the begining or our liability starts from the day of obtaining PF No.

If answer is no, can you explain whether it is on account of any legal provision or any other reason?

What will be the status of HUF account on the death of KARTA. Other co-parceners are willing to continue existing account by designating Senior Most male member as KARTA?

1.Is it permitted. Existing a/c can be continues with new KARTA?
OR
2. a new a/c is to required to be opened.

What will be the treatement of HUF account on the death of KARTA.If other Co-parcners are will to continue the existing account.

1. Existnig account can be continued with Senior most male co-parcner be designated as KARTA.

2. Existnig account to to be closed and a new account is to be opened.

Pls.update me on the following:

1: If Maximum Retail Price is revised upwards or downwards,who is responsible as per the Indian Weights and Measurement Act to change the revised MRP in the packs or cartons.Is it the manufacturer or the distributor?

2. If the distributor sells the goods after the price revision,with the old MRP in the packs,at what rate has he to sell?Is it on the NEW MRP or OLD MRP?

My client have formed a HUF but no agreement of deed is made by him in regard to such formation, now how should such agreement be made?? Please help me out with format of forming such HUF agreement.

SECONDLY IF WE TRANSFER SHARE IN PROPERTY THROUGH GIFT DEED, THEN WHAT WILL BE STAMP DUTY PAYABLE?
