MRP

Dear Sir,

Pls.update me on the following:

1: If Maximum Retail Price is revised upwards or downwards, who is responsible as per the Indian Weights and Measurement Act to change the revised MRP in the packs or cartons. Is it the manufacturer or the distributor?

2. If the distributor sells the goods after the price revision, with the old MRP in the packs,at what rate has he to sell?Is it on the NEW MRP or OLD MRP?

I shall be thankful, for an immediate reply.

Best regards
SF FRANCIS
