A is a dealers in Tamilnadu - seller
B is a manufactures in Delhi - seller
c is a dealer in Mumbai - purchaser
A take order from C and purchase machines from B. Machines are delivered directely to C i.e to MUMBAI. LR taken to mumbai.
machines not come to tamilnadu.
In this situation its E1 sales or not.
if its E1 sales which forms are to be issued and by whom.
if its not E1 sales what is the tax rate.

Whether the exp. incurred for making change in authorised share capital is of revenue nature or capital?
Which section apply?

Is there any other act other than the housing co-op societies act in maharashtra to register a group of house owners consisting of approximately 10 flats.

Basically registration under this act requires audit of accounts. Hence is there any other form of organistion/act under which such group can be registered to avoid audit of such a small group of house owners.

Also how does such registration affect the status of such group under other relevant acts applicable to such housing units/properties.

Since there is uncertainity of STPI extention we did not go for registration of the same. In light of the above Could anyone provide information on

And the payment is made by the purchasing Co. in RS. to the selling companies bank but in accounts it is converted into dollars at tht days exchange rate.

And can we have foreign exchange revaluations on such dollars at the year end ?

Can a transaction be routed this way.
