Payment of Bonus act 1965

Please update me on the following :

1. what is the ceiling of Salary or Wages, to be eligiable to get bonus under the provision of Bonus act ?

2. What is the ceiling of Salary or Wages to be considered in order to calculate the minimum bonus of 8.33 % ?

where can i get the soft copy of revised bonus act for reference.

X commits an offence by causing injury to Y,punishable u/s 323 of the IPC which is punishable for a term of 1 yr or with a fine of Rs.1000.Y,makes a complaint to the Metropolitan Magistrate against X after 10 mths of the commission of the offence.Can the said court take cognizance of that offence?PLZ ANSWER MY QUESTION AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE.THANKS

Could you please let me know the Notificatin / Circular No. through which time-limit for realisation of export proceeds by EOUs was extended to 12 months. Pls help.

Suppose if a person having an age of about 44 years is unnecessorily harassed by promising an oprtunty for employment with certain level of remuneration what damage can he claim legally. Is there any Supreme court decisions connected with the matter.

suppose, Mr. X was running a proprietorship concern in the name of M/s X & co and hold a immovable property in the name of firm in title deed. Later on he became a partner of another partnership firm and give all fixed and current assets to partnership firm with an clasue that immovable property will be continue in the name of Mr. X and no title will be transfer in the name of firm. it is describe in partnership deed. The partnership firm have applied FI for loan but bank is not agree this condition that it is contradication to law and not lawfull. is bank contention is right or no.

b)A and B contract to become partners,the contract isn't specifying the duration of the proposed partnership.Can this contract be specifically enforced?
