Is ROC required to be intimated/informed every time a director is removed or re- appointed or appointed or rotated in every general meeting

No, only at the time of appointment as a Director and cessation of directorship by e filing Form 32 to ROC.

if as per the policy of the company 1/3 of the director are to be replaced and new director are to be appointed is it required every time to inform the ROC.
