Hi,
No. There is no section for indoor management in the companies act, 1956.
In my opinion they are not contradictory to each other as indoor management protects the third party against the internal matters of the company.
Whereas doctrine of constructive notice is a kind of general notice that MOA & AOA are public documents. This is also for the advantage of public. Moreover area of operation og both the doctrine is different.
