I have framed a lebral leave policy for my compnay stating that compay has lebral leave policy and there will be no accumulation of leave at the end of the year and no carry forward of leave will be available also no encashment of leave will be given if employee does't go on leave during the year. Is this a fair policy or I have to make a provision in my accounts for the minimum leave which employee has not availed.
My company is stock broking house.

when quorum is not present in d adjourned meeting within 1/2 hours,then as per provision all persons present will b counted for d purpose of quorum.
query- whether d proxies of person other than that of a body corporate or president or governor will b counted counted for d purpose of quorum?

Is a newly incorporated private limited company required to inform Roc by submitting DIN 3 about its director who were involved in incorporation of the company.
Is ROC required to be intimated/informed every time a director is removed or re- appointed or appointed or rotated in every general meeting
A private limited company whose main object is investments, has invested in 100% equity of another company. The company does not have any other investments or activities.. Is it compulsory for the company to get itself registered with RBI as a NBFC under section 45-IA of RBI Act, 1934? What are the consequences if the company does not register itself with RBI as a NBFC? Please clarify my doubt..

we are the manufacturer of electronics items, our company address has been changed now, but we have enough stock of packing boxes and packed finished goods as well, with old address and old MRP.
So the query is can we paste the a single sticker to declared the new address and new MRP? or any other possible suggestion.
or can we paste a sticker for complete declaration on the old declaration?
Can a stamp purchased from Gujarat be used for a leave and licence agreement to be registered in Maharashtra or it has to be purchased from Maharashtra only?
