Hi, experts my query is that a firm has two partners one partner is individual say A the another B is at of HUF capacity say B(Huf) now the B died on 16 feb that is before the expiry of financial year now my question is whether the senior member or another member of his HUF can join the firm as a partner without dissolving the partnership.
Or we have to first dissolve the firm and then we should write a fresh partnership deed.
If possible could we provided with a draft of that disssolution or a supplementary partnership deed

I have framed a lebral leave policy for my compnay stating that compay has lebral leave policy and there will be no accumulation of leave at the end of the year and no carry forward of leave will be available also no encashment of leave will be given if employee does't go on leave during the year. Is this a fair policy or I have to make a provision in my accounts for the minimum leave which employee has not availed.
My company is stock broking house.

when quorum is not present in d adjourned meeting within 1/2 hours,then as per provision all persons present will b counted for d purpose of quorum.
query- whether d proxies of person other than that of a body corporate or president or governor will b counted counted for d purpose of quorum?
