Ours is a Chartered Accountants firm at Gujarat, having Head Office at Jamnagar and Branch Office at Ahmedabad. Please advise us on whether we require Shops and Establishment Registration or not. If yes, do we need to get only one Registration at Jamnagar (H.O.) with an addition of Branch Office of Ahmedabad OR we need to have two different registration at two places.
One of my client is provinding consultancy services from India to a foreign company in USA. He wants to form a company so please advice whether it would be good to form a company or he can provide services through his proprietorship firm. Unlisted Company also includes private limited company? In my view, public limited comapny whose shares are not listed in Recognised Stock ex is called Unlisted Company. so Pvt limited company may not includes in list of Unlisted Company.

I have a query on Practice to deduct PF (Employer's) Contribution from Employees salary.
In short i am referring to scenario. where Employer deducts PF at 12% - Employees Share + 13.61% Employer Share from Employees Salary and pay PF.
does PF Act allows such thing.
I believe so that this is not right, can some one please provide me insight on this process.
