I have a query on Practice to deduct PF (Employer's) Contribution from Employees salary.

In short i am referring to scenario. where Employer deducts PF at 12% - Employees Share + 13.61% Employer Share from Employees Salary and pay PF.

does PF Act allows such thing.

I believe so that this is not right, can some one please provide me insight on this process.

Statutory Auditor of a PVT.LTD. (Authorised and paid up cap. rs. 100000-/)company, wants to resign. his firm has not completed statutory audit for the FY 2013-14 for some reasons.

The company also want to appoint another Auditor For the SAID financial year 2013-14 and also for the next period.

The date of AGM wherein the said Auditor was appointed for the FY 2013-14 was 30th sept. 2013.
