My company is allowing leave with wages for festival leave for contract labors. My question is that they are allowing this leave is only for the employees, who present on the previous day and after day of leave.Is it compulsory for both day comes?

There is no such compulsion but to regulate as per company policy.
You are entitled for max 10 days holiday leave in a yr.
