Sir,
Unlisted Company also includes private limited company? In my view, public limited comapny whose shares are not listed in Recognised Stock ex is called Unlisted Company. so Pvt limited company may not includes in list of Unlisted Company.

difference between listed and unlisted & public and private companies are two separate things.
Unlisted companies will include all the companies that are not listed - be it public or private.
