I have filed GNL 2 for auditors appointment on 20th October
instead of e form ADT 1. Now I have received a mail to file form 67 with additional fee.
Should I file form 67 or file e form ADT 1 for the same.

i) If GNL-2 is put for 'user clarification' , e-form 67 has to be filed attaching therewith copies of (1) intimation letter send to auditor, (2) acceptance letter of auditor and (3)resolution of appointment.
ii) If GNL-2 is filed beyond 15 days of appointment, additional filing fee has to be paid though system is not automatically generating that amount. Therefore, additional fee has to be paid through, 'pay miscellaneous fee' option and copy of cyber challan has to be atached with e-form 67.
