Can you show the formate for resoluron to be passed for Approval of Annual Accounts

1.Consider and approve the Financial Statements for the year ended 31st March, 2014 including the audited Balance Sheet as at 31st March, 2014, the statement of Profit and Loss account for the year ended on that date.
“Resolved that the financial statement for the year ended 31st march, 2014 including the audited balance as at 31st march, 2014, the profit and loss account for the year ended as on that date, together with the schedules and the report of auditors there on as placed before the board be and is hereby considered, approved and recommended for adoption by the shareholders.
“Resolved further that any two directors and Chartered Accountant of the company be and are hereby authorized to sign the said financial statement including the Balance Sheet and the Profit & Loss account for the FY 2013-14.
“Resolved further that Mr.ABC, the director of the company be and hereby authorized to digitally sign the e-forms of 20B, 23AC & 23ACA format with the Registrar of the Companies, Hyderabad.
“Resolved further that any director of the company be and is hereby authorized to communicate a copy of this resolution duly signed as certified true copy to all such competent authorities wherever necessary and to take all necessary steps that may be required to give effect to this resolution.”
