One of my client is provinding consultancy services from India to a foreign company in USA. He wants to form a company so please advice whether it would be good to form a company or he can provide services through his proprietorship firm. Also please refer the laws / compliances which he has to follow if he forms a company or provide services through proprietorship firm. He is receiving the amount in US dollar in Indian bank account. Thanks for your time in advance.
