i am working as article assistance, recently my firm involved me in SBI bank concurrent audit but there is no one to assist me as my CA is busy in return filings, so please guide what are the things i can check in operational risk management and what are the discrepancies we normally find in ORM area so that i can focus on that particular discrepancies

One of my client alter the name of company in July 2016 now the problem is in audit report & director report what name will appear.In ROC return new name of company is displaying.

as per guidance note on fixed assets register if the company has not maintained fixed asset register what will be its effect on auditors opinion?
do we need to qualify ?
or unfavourable opinion is alright?

My turnover for the year is 1.5 crore. And If I show profit @8 percent. Then whether I have to go for Audit or not

i have small doubt regarding change status of auditor. i.e our company has appointed Mr. A as statutory auditor for 5 years.Mr .A who is a individual auditor. after second year, he is registered as partnership firm with icai.

what is the procedure for above situation.what should we do for change the status of auditor

i.e is individual auditor resign from the company and file ADT-3? and appoint as auditor firm and file ADT-1?
