as per guidance note on fixed assets register if the company has not maintained fixed asset register what will be its effect on auditors opinion? do we need to qualify ? or unfavourable opinion is alright?

If the company has not maintained the fixed asset register, the same has to be reported in CARO 2016. The main audit report need not be qualified in this regard.
