as per guidance note on fixed assets register if the company has not maintained fixed asset register what will be its effect on auditors opinion?
do we need to qualify ?

If the company has not maintained the fixed asset register, the same has to be reported in CARO 2016. The main audit report need not be qualified in this regard.
