Name of company changed after closing of F/Y

30 September 2016 One of my client alter the name of company in July 2016 now the problem is in audit report & director report what name will appear.In ROC return new name of company is displaying.

30 September 2016 Hi as your client has filed the name change documents with ROC in July 2016 and as the new name is reflected in the MCA portal, the new name shall be shown in the directors report and audit report , though the name of the company is not changed on 31.03.2016. The face of the Director Report and Audit Report can show a small note of the former name and the present name.
