Whether cash Payments for Purchases exceeding Rs 20000/- to be disallowed?
and what if cash sales exceeding Rs 20000 and amount to be received on a single day with a single bill?
Applicability of above section for Drawings and in case of expenses which are paid to Govt. like electric expenses etc.

Effects of changes in tax audit reports for a.y 2014-15

as notified the new tax audit report is applicable for a.y 2014-15. what are the implications if the reports for individuals are alreadry finalized and signed ..do dey need to be revised? what if there is no impact of changes to the finalized report?

I the proprioter of audited firm I have taken unsecured loan of 5,00,000 rupees. during the year I have paid the interest but not any amount towards principal amount the interest amount is 50,000 So my equerry is whether this interest payment is considered as repayment of loan under 269 T as repayment of loan

For any F.Y (Suppose 12-13) we do audit for this period in Fy 13-14 . so the audit fee is to be recorded in f.y 12- 13 or 13-14
