firm has 15 partners. all have to sign financials or can we restrict it to few with some disclosure?

even one partner is sufficient provided said power is given to partners through the partnership deed or a resolution.

atleast 2 partners need to sign or as you agreement has pursued or made in rehard of taking decision on behalf of the Firm. First look up in the agreement, if your agreement is silent then aithorise atleast two partners who are active participants in the firm business with the due consent of 15 partners.
