Part Time vs Full Time COP

Can anyone please let me know the difference between Part Time Certificate of Practice (COP) and Full Time COP in respect of CA?

income of last year entered in current year

hello....
nw a days i m doing an audit of a pvt. ltd. comp. they made a due entry of commission receved in the current year relatd to last year.
can you tell me how cn i rectify the same, and plz also tell me the journal entry also.

Professional Ethics

Whether a practicing CA who is also giving coaching classes to CA course can distribute notices of 'CA coaching classes' with his name ? That is something like "Classes will be conducted by CA.XYZ.B.com,ACA,DISA". Whether it will amount to professional misconduct ?

Remuneration to Foreigner for Technical service

Sir,

Could you please explain how to make payment t/w remuneration to foreigner against Technical services on monthly basis. He has been in India on the basis of Visiting/Business VISA.
Note: He is an Individual and not from any company or firm.

What is the TDS applicable in this case.
I hope 20% because he doesn't have a PAN Card. or 10% u/s 94J.

Any other mandatory documents to be maintained that shall help at the time of Audit.

I hv query regarding accounting treatment of excess provision of expenses whether it can be transferred to respective account head for which provision was made or other account head (Liabilities written back)
