companies act compliance in internal audit

02 February 2011 I am on with an internal audit and found some non compliance to the companies Act but my colligues says as it is a part of Statutory audit we are not needed to comment on that part. is it correct if yes then how to disclose the same while remaining in the scope. please advice.
