i am Sunil Kumar graduate in commerce (b.com) with 62% in 2012. nd now i want to take direct admission in IPCC. tell me the starting reg. date for exam may 2014.

which forms do we have to post to institute for re-registration of articleship will form 102,103 n 112 all will be needed or only form 102 is only required to post?

I NEED TO UPLOAD FORM 1 ON MCA WEBSITE...
BT AM UNABLE TO PRESCRUTINISE THE FORM....
WHAT SHOULD I DO NOW??

I have not understood the concepts of TDS.Its like why its required when a salaried employee pays a tax on his annual income.Is it something like a DEDUCTION on tax amount.Also why is their a need of advance tax concept,cant it be an extra wastage of time like estimating future income or profit and then paying tax on it.After that if it is not so,then claim refund.
Pls help as m bit confused due to this.

at tranfer i fill 109,120 and covering letter is necessary or not, there is any other form to fill?,

at re-articles i fill 103,102 and 112 is necessary or not?

1.Taken a loan from Janata Bank Rs. 25000/-
2.Received Bills Receivables from Y Rs. 15000/-
3.Issued Bills Payables to X Rs. 10000/-

Dear All,
A private ltd company had issued 99% of its shares to an NRI at its inception in 2011 of the company. However, till date the company has not filed Form FC-GPR with RBI.
The Share capital of the company is Rs. 5 lacs and it is a service oriented company with hardly any assets except an office which is also on rental basis. The company's banker at its inception were different from its present bankers. Hence the previous bankers are refusing to accept the Form FC-GPR. What is the solution to this?

i dint get properly .. do we should write this test mandotarily and submit in respected regional.. kindly clear this doubt ...
