10 July 2013 I NEED TO UPLOAD FORM 1 ON MCA WEBSITE...
BT AM UNABLE TO PRESCRUTINISE THE FORM....
WHAT SHOULD I DO NOW??

10 July 2013 Wrong particulars in eForms – ensure accuracy while filling following values in the corresponding eForm:

Form 1A

Amount of authorized capital ( eg.10 Lacs instead of 1 Lac)
Company type, should be either Private or Public
State under the jurisdiction of same RoC (eg. Jharkhand instead of Bihar)
Common reasons for rejection of a Company Name

Form1

Company type (e.g. “Part IX Company” or “Producer Company” in place of “New Company” or vice-versa)
Company category / sub-category (e.g. “SGC” or “GOI”).

10 July 2013 Prerequisite for Virtual eFiling

Install the following prerequisite software:
Windows 2000 / Windows XP / Windows Vista / Windows 7 – Operating System
Internet Explorere v6.0 and above, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox
Adobe Reader from version 7.5 to version 10.1.4
Java Runtime Environment (JRE – latest version freely downloadable from www.sun.com)
Get yourself registered at the portal (www.mca.gov.in)
Obtains a Director Identification Number (DIN).
Obtain a Digital Signature Certificate (DSC).
Broadband Internet connectivity or higher.
A scanner (above 200 DPI) for converting the attachments in the PDF format.
For any clarifications you can click on the help button provided on the left side of the screen.

Registrar Front Offices

For smooth transition from manual to e-filing mode Ministry has decided to set up Facilitation Centers/ Registrar’s Front Offices at 53 locations throughout the country. The e-filing services in these Facilitation Centers are made available without any charge. The coordinates of the operational Facilitation Centers can be fetched from https://www.mca.gov.in/MCA21/ApprovedService.html

If the stakeholders want to use the Ministry’s Registrar front Offices, which are free of charge, they are strongly advised to bring soft copies of the eForms – Digitally Signed by Authorized Individual and also the attachments, as per the requirements of each form, have to be in the digitized format converted in the PDF. The size of the form and the attachment should not exceed 2.5 MB.
