I have 3 Questions :-

1-If any vendor claim reimbursement & charging service tax on it should we deduct TDS.

2- if vendor provide combined bill for his services & reimbursement & charging service tax on it. Should we deduct tds on whole amount of invoice or only at his services.

3-if vendor provide only reimbursement bill can we deduct tds.

Can anyone tell me about the concept of CPE hours

I m a chartered accountant by profession , do not practice as a CA and do not hold COP yet.
I run a proprietorship business and provide some IT services to my clients...
I want to apply for COP now and take up CA practice as well.....how can i club both the services of existing business as well as CA practice....how can i convert this existing business into a CA Firm...

please suggest me anyone how to prepare COST & FM. I didnt take the class and wanted to give november attempt. is there any vedio on net from where i can prepare.

a employee is working in educational institution from 17 years, at the time of joining there is no contract between institution and employee.
now employee want a CA certificate that he is working with institution from 17 years.
I'm confused , how to proceed in case and what to check in current situation as article.
