I am working in one privet firm and along with that i am doing parttime business withj one MNC and i am getting commision.Above 5000 rs commission i have received amont after deduction of tax.can i receive back that amount and if yes than what would be procedure for the same?

In regular return,my client has missed one challan.

So,we want to file correction return for that.

We also downloaded nsdl consolidated file.

While importing that consolidated file in rpu 3.5 version,it is showing "temporarily preparation of correction statement for the f.y 2013-14 is not allowed."

When it will be allowed?

I have completed my CA in Nov 2008 and CFP in Jan 2012.

I have been working with one of the private company in financial services since last 4 years but i am not satisfied with the type of work i am doing which mostly involves reconcilations. Though it contains some part of accounting and ERP review and recommendations.
Meanwhile, I have got an offer from one of the leading private bank for the position of relationship manager - SME with an annual salary of Rs 7 lacs.
Just wondering if the career as a relationship manager will be a good choice being a CA or there are better choices for Chartered Accountants.

I have a question that

if company registered in Maharashtra but it has sites in other states then PT applicable to those employees who are working out of Maharashtra??

If employee's salary is more than 10000/- but due to absent, salary reduced below 10000/- or 5000/- then how much deduction will be made????? As per regular deduction or on actual payout????

Hello Everybody

I need help for below query.. as I got many diffrent answer for the same query so wanted the expert opinions..

My Uncle has passed his final group-1 in the year 2002 and left after that due to some of uncertain reason..but the hungerness was still live somewhere to be called CA...so he wants to again start and finish this time his deisre of being cllaed as CA..

So plz guide from where can he start/register? whther he has to give once again the passed group or only the group-II ..

what is the difference between bank od and cash credit

I'm working in safexpress pvt ltd and company have TDS Exemption Certificate. while receiving the payment from the customer through RTGS. there is 2% TDS deducted during transaction, we have received 2% sort on whole amount. Is it possible because have exemption certificate and How can i recover it?
