can a proprietorship firm be registered with the Registrar of Firms?

if yes, what is the procedure for registration?

Can a CS in whole time employment of the Company issue/raise a consultancy fee bill to any other concern, not involving certification work ??? will it be misconduct?

Facts:

1. my father and mother are Retired Govt. Employees.

2. we have land on which we maintain apple orchards. one piece of land is solely on my fathers name and other piece of land is ancestral land which comes to my father after partition between brothers.

3. I i.e son looks after the apple orchards and the money after selling the apples come to my account.

Question:

4. now the question is that if we make HUF does the land becomes the capital of the HUF. secondly, can son become the Karta of the HUF even if father is alive.

5. In case father is the Karta of HUF can son has the signatory authority. Because in my case till now I make all the payment cheque/cash.

In our company there are four Japanese expats working now our company is crossing 20 nos we want to cover under PF.

We want to know we have to deduct the PF to all four expats or not.

As of now Social security has been signed b/w India and japan but this has not come in to force. In this case we have to deduct the PF for these expats.

My company who is manufacturing Silent DG sets is registered in Faridabad under Haryana Sales Tax. We want to sell our DG sets to a customer whose Bill to address will be in Haryana i.e buyer is also registered in Haryana i.e in Gurgaon & material will be shipped to i.e consignee will be in some different state. Now customer wants us to do E-1 sale in which seller will give E-1 form & buyer will issue C form. Pls clarify whether this mode of transaction of E-1 sale is acceptable as per sales tax laws. Also seller is putting one clause on his invoice which s as Subsequent Sale under section 6 against E-1.
