can you provide me details and process of "HOW TO SURRENDER THE CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION OF NBFC OF RBI????"

Applicant Companies desirous of submitting the application on-line may do so by accessing the website https://cosmos.rbi.org.in and clicking on Company Registration on the login page. There is no need for any user id and password for the purpose.
