Kindly define the Minor's age

I am confused about the same

whether the age limit is 14/16/18

Provide me the data regarding minor's age in different Acts
mainly Income Tax Act , Companies Act etc.

Dear experts,

I lost my Articaleship registration letter and also unable to take from my employer, but i would like to finish my GMCS, for that letter is compulsory, what is the procedure for getting the letter.

I am a CA holding full time COP.I am doing Job under an Advocate but TDS deducted u/s 194J. My gross receipts is Rs. 9 lakh up to Sep. 2013. My problem is if i show these as professional fees than service tax registration is compulsory. Can i show income from oct. to march as salary income if deductor not deducted tds u/s 194J? whether ICAI permit this???

hi everyone, im divya, I have cleared my cpt in 2011 and started working in firm from august month.while practising I have given ipcc .I cleared ipcc in may 2013. I worked for two years , whether I can adjust those two years with articleship training period.is there any such provisions in chartered accountancy act. if any can anyone suggest how to proceed and whether I have do gmc courses for two times. awaiting for ur valuable suggestions.

Can the Notice of AGM, Annual accounts, Auditor & Directors report bear the same date ? is it possible ?
I think the Director's report shall be signed by Director after approval in the Board Meeting (for calling AGM)

we have not filed TDS return for one quarter because freight details only contained in that. Is it problem for that year?

if i wish to take up industrial training in d last year of my articleship as is prescribed by d institute..dn hw wil i manage my coachnz n wt abt d preparation leave fr finals as d training itself is fr atleast 9 mnths nd dt 2 in d last yr..cn nebody plz throw sum lyt on d ideal curriculum if one takes up industrial training..
