More than 3 year old unclaimed balances ex employees

hi we are having more than 3 year old unclaimed balances in employee accounts in our company whiche were never claimed by the ex employees post their exit from the company

can u suggest treatment for the same

I have completed articleship and cleared my CA. yet to do GMCS. In form its mentioned to submit articleship completed certificate issued by institute. though i have submitted form 108 but didn't recd letter from icai. can any one pls help what to do?

Sir I completed my articleship but in completion form I filled 162 leaves and I got letter for excess leaves so , please tell sir what I have to do now and how many maximum leaves can be taken during articleship?
