I have a big problem...I have cleared my ipcc and running article ship since last oct..now I want to change my surname in institute bcos all my legally documents are another surname. .and I am not registered for ca final yet...plzz guide me ..can I change my surname in institute. .if yes than what should I do now..

2011 - 3 hrs
2012 - 9 hrs
2013 - 36 hrs
Unstructured learning
2011 - Nil
2012 - Nil
2013 - 30 hrs (yet to be reported to decentralized office)
My understanding is that for the purpose of completing the CPE requirement, I have to get further 12 hrs before 31.12.2013
Please clarify if my understanding is right.

My auditor's client is an employer of engineering college. One of his employee had worked only for 15 days in august month and he was paid 15 days salary,10000 Rs. But professional tax is deducted and paid on full months salary i.e on 20000.
In accounts, salary paid for august month is shown as 10000 and PT deducted as 150. Is this correct way of accounting? and it is necessary to pay professional tax for august month?

PLEASE GUIDE ME, HOW DO I GET THE DSC REGISTRATION DETAILS FROM MCA SITE. PREVIOUSLY THE DSC WAS REGISTERED BY OTHER PERSON AND THE DETAILS OF MOTHER'S MAIDEN NAME IS NOT TRACED OUT BY ME, I.E THE MANDATORY COLUMN, WHICH REFLECTS AT THE TIME OF DSC REGISTRATION WITH THE MCA SITE.
