I am CA,now I have resistered for CS executive.I want to know, whether CA is exempt for computer training of CS executive.

is skipping an attempt for the sake of my parents happiness is right or wrong? as I am staying away from home and my parents are calling me after my first group coachings as they are not able to live alone. so I decided to skip an attempt and go for Nov 14. is this right decision?

If car has stolen and the company received claim against the same after some year then the difference should be transferred to P&L account as indirect income. So what should we write accurately in the credit side i.e. insurance claim or any specific word for the same?

My friend is doing business of insurance agent, but the license is not on his own name.
He is doing business on license of his brother’s name. After cutting of TDS and any other taxes on commotion earning is deposited in his brother’s A/C.

Now, how can my friend claim that the commission earned is by his work hard or how can my friend get that commission income is his own or how can he transfer that income into his own income.
