01 December 2013 Refer mittal & maheshwari ,practice manual & rtps.Mittal & maheswari covers all topics very extensively & it is also very easy for self study.Try to make notes of important topics/theory questions.Write down all formulas at one place.Or atleast highlight all important theory questions & formulas.And keep revising them.

01 December 2013 @Mahitha,please specify the level (IPCC/Final) for which you are asking a reference book.As you have written "cost& fm"it seems that you are in ipcc.As in final we use term AMA for cost & SFM instead of fm.
