What are the documents required to be submitted along with form 109 for termination of articleship, during the first year of articles? I have completed 4 months and wish to terminate articles temporarily and join another firm after 2 months. Do i need to take any permission from the institute?

1.I gave the ipcc Nov2013 but i think result will be negative,so if i converted into direct entry scheme then by which date i have to commence my articleship to be eligible for nov 2014 attempt?
2.and if after converting if the result is pass then is it valid or its invalid?

I am a Ca & I have my Firm name. My Friend is also a CA & He has also a firm name. Can we make a partnership and can we continue use our firm name or not?

Can We practice using both individual firm name & under partnership firm?

What is the Difference between Demmurage and Detention ?

We have received an intimation regarding TDS and we have a valid reason for the justification of default mentioned in it . I want to ask how can we communicate our part to the department. Also we have downloaded the justificateion report for the same.

Sir, I am persuing my articleship and I have completed 2 years of my training on 24th oct 2013 and I have taken transfer during first year and that results in my excess leaves of 39 days but during second year i have taken very few leaves. My C.A. final attempt due is May 2014, now i want to know whether the above mentioned excess leaves will effect my C.A. final attempt due or not...Please reply as soon as possible.

i am very poor in costing and fm so plz give me some tips and reference books regarding that subject.......

after studing the theory question of cost and fm of ipcc examination of nov 2013 i was so very tensd dat i left the question on standard costng,,,,,it was no doubt a simple one bt i cud nt concentrate on d que.....all i did was dat i jst wrote the formulas.......will i be aloted any marks for that

a private limited company filled the from 8 to mca for charge creation on asset while taking loan it is possible to any others to view the filled documents to mca like from 8

My article ship term is ending on 26th January, 2014 and if my CA writes excess leave during the period.
Then i have to do training under the same ca or i can opt for other ca to due the excess leave written in the form.

Please help me with the procedure i.e form, how to do it etc.
