I am giving Module I of CS professional exam in Dec 2013 have already cleared remaining ones..I need help Y i am not able to clear only the first module??dis is the third time i am appearing in the same exam i have cleared executive and remaining modules in first attempt but due to 5 marks i ws not able to clear this in last dec and 3 marks in June attempt.. there is no much difference and improvement..Can u please tell me where i am lacking for these subjects and please guide me from where i should study??

one of our clients tax deducted at the time of payment but deposited into government account after the due date (i.e. after 7 th day of succeeding month) my question is for how many months have to calculate interest?

I needed to do the following:

1) Open personal bank account for myself Resident of Canada.

2) Register KORE Fit Living trademark which will be owned by our Canadian
corp. We are already registered in Canada and U.S.

3) New corp needs to be setup between Chirag and I, this corp. will have a
license to use Kore Fit Living brand name in India

In PAN of a Co-operative society registered as Artificial Judicial Person and its 4th letter as J. But its status is to be changed as Association of Person. What is the procedure for such change. Is it has to be surrendered to Assessing Officer and than apply for the new PAN.

Three doctors wants to start practice in same building. They wants to practice individually and therefore they want to share expenses. My questions are as under:
