If a student who converted from existing ipcc to direct entry posted the necessary documents by 31 january 2013 than is he eligible for for nov 2014 ipcc attempt??which date icai shoul recognise to count nine month???

The date of commencement of your article ship will be considered for your 9 months eligibility. So if you have started your article ship in Jan, 2014 then if you will not take excess leave then you will be eligible for Nov, 2014.
