22 November 2013 Hello Experts,
I am giving Module I of CS professional exam in Dec 2013 have already cleared remaining ones..I need help Y i am not able to clear only the first module??dis is the third time i am appearing in the same exam i have cleared executive and remaining modules in first attempt but due to 5 marks i ws not able to clear this in last dec and 3 marks in June attempt.. there is no much difference and improvement..Can u please tell me where i am lacking for these subjects and please guide me from where i should study??

22 November 2013 I will advise you to work hard on your legal language that you must use in paper 1 and 2 as it the bread and butter of cs profession.

Secondly they will still mak it more difficult in next 2-4 attempts as they want only those students to clear first module who have hardcore grip over the act and all topics in paper2 as companies act 2013 is going to be fully applicable (now only 98 sec are made applicable.)

so shud i get a new book now??
and from which book shud i start stdying as i guess the syllabus is changed...

22 November 2013 Module lang is the best lang i used it and secured 55 in co law and 59 in 2nd paper....but u must score in obj type question like wheter statement given is correct or not etc ...

Additionally u must refer past 4-6 exam papers from it 20-25 marks turn up and in mosule after lesson is over there is a table called lesson round up and some question...must do ..they are reflected in exam.
