21 November 2013 What are the documents required to be submitted along with form 109 for termination of articleship, during the first year of articles? I have completed 4 months and wish to terminate articles temporarily and join another firm after 2 months. Do i need to take any permission from the institute?

21 November 2013 no supporting document is required in first year. as long as your current principal has agreed to give you transfer, ICAI shall have no objection.

22 November 2013 Ok.. But if i dont wish to work for 2 months, after taking termination of articleship, am i allowed to do so?

22 November 2013 within 30 days of termination. you can submit later too with fine. it is advisable that you submit immediately.
