20 November 2013 a private limited company filled the from 8 to mca for charge creation on asset while taking loan it is possible to any others to view the filled documents to mca like from 8
and attached documents

20 November 2013 Yes, you can check under public inspection section on MCA portal.

20 November 2013 Procedure for Inspection of Documents at MCA Portal
1. Logging on www.mca.gov.in
2. Register yourself as registered user.
3. Go Service option
4. Click Inspection public documents
5. Fill the CIN of desired company
6. After showing detail on MCA portal, click on first coloum and wait for payment detail.
7. Pay on line the amount of Rs. 50.
8. Go back on the My document option given on th MCA portal after loging.
9. Inspect the desired documents and down load.
10. This facility will be available only for three hours after payment through online.
