I am running a Pvt. Ltd company and my business as commission agent in trade/import/export side as we get commission from supplier or buyer.
I am main director in company and want to be get clear that how and how much, i can get remuneration from company so my individual tax slab side not get affected...

I have one querry regarding tds deduction . we have one client buying a property with a sale consideration of 88,97,0000/- she is not an Indian resident ,she is a UK resident therefore she doesn't have Pan card so my querry is can we do the tds deduction on the behalf of customer?

We have PVT.LTD. organization. we want to apply for trust Pan card for LIC group gratuity scheme. Please guide me.

I'm getting error while filing of PRTC return Form IIIB for the month of February 2023 as it is showing error "Enter data only in March to Jan Column while computation of Profession Tax"

Is there any guidelines of RBI or bank itself , to stop the customers saving account directly without any intimation for not updating KYC ?. He has never received any intimation to visit bank for update KYC . Your Valuable reply is requested .
