Advance rent is received in feb 23 for month of may and june 23. Gst registration taken voluntarily in may, registration granted w. e. f 1.06.2023. As per my understanding no gst has to be paid for both may and june as in may we were not registered and for june time of supply will be when advance is received.
Please guide me on this.

Dear sir. One of my client resign from service after 10 year of service. As per information company that it will take 1month time to show date of exit in pf portal.
While checking in employees login such details not showing. They further says that the made exit in PF it will take 1 month to reflect in pf portal and 2 month time for withdrawal from money from pf. Iets me know is this is correct? And exit from service update employer or employee.
My friend says that employee can update exit from service.

I am having Fleet of vehicles and I use BPCL Petrocards for fuelling refuling the same on regular basis. On every fuelling i earn some petromiles and the same gets accumulated. Recently i have redeemed the amount. Say Rs 10,000/- . The same is credited under Rewards in BPCL Portal.
Further the same amount can be only used for further fuelling.

Shall i treat the same as Other Income. As the same at end of the day will be utilized and the balance will be Zero

I was working with an organisation which was part of EPFO.
Now , I have joined new organisation which is having private trust and not registered with EPFO.
I am trying to get my PF balance from previous employer transferred to my new organisation but previous organisation is not able to transfer the same since my current organisation is not registered with EPFO

Is there any way to get transfer done?
