26 July 2023 I have one querry regarding tds deduction . we have one client buying a property with a sale consideration of 88,97,0000/- she is not an Indian resident ,she is a UK resident therefore she doesn't have Pan card so my querry is can we do the tds deduction on the behalf of customer?
