A business person business loan rs:20 lacs required from bank .banker it returns two years 21-22 and 22-23 profit and loss account and balance sheet documents required.

Assessess sales turnover declared f.y.21-22 and 22-23 years in it returns

Situtation: I am a CA having a prop. firm in the name of xyz services. It renders general financial consultancy for both individuals and corporates. Obviously, no signing of Audits or certificates. Now, i want to get into Audits and certifications etc. I want to apply for COP in my own proprietors firm AB & Co., Chartered accountants. Can i run both simultaneously. Is there any declaration i need to make.

According to website, in our state, west bengal only change of name, religion etc. can be published in official gazette. the indian govt department of publication also does not have any clear guidelines for partnership firm in their website.

If we change the name of the partnership firm, ( Deed also drafted ) ,

Will it change my Pan Number of that partnership firm ?? and the GST Number ? ( Since Pan Number is changed )

Or

the Pan Number remains the same, and only the Name on the Pan Card Changes -- ( So no PAN NO Change ) ---- and hence -- no Change in the GST NO ( Only change in the GST Name )
