I am facing a problem in validating the 24Q IV quarter ETDS . The error file which is getting generated is T-FV-2129 Invalid number of Salary Detail Record(i.e. Batch head) Please if any one know, as such how to rectify it help me.

I have a query regarding the Higher pension plan in EPF. One of our employees contributed to the higher EPF amount before 01.09.2014. He joined our organization in 2017. Our organization is contributing the higher EPF amount from 01.04.2022. Now the employee is willing to go for a higher Pension plan. Will He or Organization is eligible for a Higher pension plan?

Can anyone please share format of partnership dissolution deed?

Also, what should be the value of stamp paper on which the deed is to be printed.

One of my friend asked me about Profession Tax Employer Enrollment in Tripura State. He is working as a HR of a Construction Company, The company already enrolled in PT under Motor Vehicles Category and paying PT of Rs. 2500 yearly. Now Company has 150 employees working in Tripura State, so the company wants to enroll as employer for paying profession tax on behalf of employees on monthly basis, for that he need enrollment procedure in Tripura State Professional Tax Portal. His Question is that, " What is the process to another enrollment if company had already one vehicle category enrollment, and he also asking that, what will be the monthly return due dates and annual return due dates, Interest and Penalties applicable in case of default of PT payment and PT Returns in Tripura State. My Friend is trying to know this process around 3 months from Consultants, Department Contacts., but no one answered this.
Please answer anyone for the above request, it will be very helpful for my friend.

I would appreciate it if you can describe the "Beneficial Owner", benefits, and risks to the Partnership firm. If there are any risks, how to mitigate the risks to the Partnership Firm?

Also, if the Partnership Firm is planning to open fixed deposits or raise loans, how does an Indian Bank view the "Beneficial Owner" of this Partnership Firm from a risk management perspective?

Sir/Mam, i have completed two years in my articleship journey, now i have to cancel my registration due to personal causes. If i cancel my registration whether can i Re-register after certain period of time and complete my remaining year of articleship? or i have to go through three years of articleship period again? and whether can i view my CA exams results after canceling my registration?
