My query is whether there is an online mode for submission of Form 10FA or we have to sumbit it offline to the concerned assessing officer in Income tax department

An application for obtaining TRC (Tax Residency Certificate) needs to be done in Form 10F/10FA to the Jurisdictional Assessing Officer.
No online facility for such application as on date.
