I have a query regarding voting through electronic means.
Say a company has paid up capital of rs. 40 Crore. A company is proposed to convene a AGM & one of its major shareholder residing in abroad.
1. Can company give notice of AGM through mail?
2. Can a shareholder cast his vote through mail? Kindly share your views.

We want to send our employee to USA on B1 Visa to give advice to clients of another firm in that country. We will pay his professional charges here in India after deducting TDS. Can we bill the US entity for the amounts paid to our employee by us and get it reimbursed by them? Please advice.

Mera ca Form 108 main sign nhi ker raha, or pehle jitne bhi waha se gye tab leave count nhi ki jitna unhone likhi sign ker diya, Maine 176 leave mention ki however 180 is allowed, or woh 270 Leave hai total, on other hand maine unhe kaha ki mere papa ka abhi haal philhal main operation hua weh jayda chal nhi sakte, mujhe unka sath rehna hai, mom itna nhi ker sakti, kaha ki main kya karu phir pehel leave puri karo tab sign karunga.... main ab kya karu main extension jo ki 90 days ko hai kaha ki ker lunga but kaha nhi pehel karo time 30 days ka hota hai nikata jaa raha hai, pls help give me suggestion....
