Can a person take more than one Aadhhar Card for different addresses or different states. If so What is the consequence? Please give explanation in this regard.

We have purchased a flat, where at the time of registration in the deed, my mother's PAN was written wrongly. We are processing for rectification of PAN number. It was purchased jointly. My father PAN number is OK in the deed. Should we inform the same rectification to IT department.

Now, with selling electricity the Trader charges the Trading Margin in Invoice.

My query is whether TDS will be applicable on Trading Margin amount or not ?
