My query is
"My client has approached a bank for a loan proposal. The bank has since asked for a due diligence certificate from my client's CA."
"Does anyone have a specific format for issuing a due diligence certificate to bank relating to loan proposals?"
I had asked the bank for a specific format which they must have for such a request. But they do not have a format.

I have registered for my extension of 73 days under the principal on 28/10/2014 but i have submitted my form 103 on 25.11.2014 but after few weeks i had confirmed about my registration with ICAI but it said that under which you are registered he has no vacancy to register.
Now i have found another CA who has a vacancy to register me as an article assitant.

so tell me what i will do to replace my current principal with new one from 28.10.2014 but perhaps i will have to submit condonation request with new 103, so what reason should be given in condonation request.

We have purchased a flat, where at the time of registration in the deed, my mother's PAN was written wrongly. We are processing for rectification of PAN number. It was purchased jointly. My father PAN number is OK in the deed. Should we inform the same rectification to IT department.
