15 December 2014 I have lost both the copies of my deed of Articleship .What should I do now..? Please help

15 December 2014 How can it be? It means both the copies you have kept in ONE place or with ONE person?
Wait and watch is the only solution.

16 December 2014 Does this deed have to be shown to the institute on submission of forms for completion of Articleship ?
Both the copies of deed was kept with me as my principal told me to keep his copy also with me

16 December 2014 No, ICAI wont ask for the deed unless some thing serious goes wrong in your case.
Hope you have NOT lost the identity card. (At least you remember the date of your articleship training completion....Take it in lighter sense)
