13 December 2014 Dear All
I have registered for my extension of 73 days under the principal on 28/10/2014 but i have submitted my form 103 on 25.11.2014 but after few weeks i had confirmed about my registration with ICAI but it said that under which you are registered he has no vacancy to register.
Now i have found another CA who has a vacancy to register me as an article assitant.

so tell me what i will do to replace my current principal with new one from 28.10.2014 but perhaps i will have to submit condonation request with new 103, so what reason should be given in condonation request.

please tell me what will i do asap?

13 December 2014 You can state the actual reason that YOU got yourself registered with so and so CA, later on it has been notified by ICAI that the said CA does NOT have the vacancy

13 December 2014 so by giving above reason, ICAI will not object anything.

And shall i register from that date under New CA which i have registered under current principal i.e.28/10/2014.

and can i give this reason of delay is "oversight"

is that valid?

15 December 2014 Register with the new CA, prospectively. No any retrospective thing to be done.
