As I am having pvt ltd company presetly we are two directores holding 40% stake . one he want move from the company and now we are planning to have new director in his place. what are the formalities need to be completed.

And we want show new directores in the fy 14-15. and is any company liablity to share the profites fy 13-14 and 14-15.If so kindly guide.

I just want to know whether can we exclude Saturday sunday and exam days for the purpose of calculating the total no of holidays taken during the article period

If the affidavit has to be made before a magistrate, on what basis the magistrate shall attest the DOB? On her affidavit or on some document produced before the magistrate?. Please enlighten me.
