We want to send our employee to USA on B1 Visa to give advice to clients of another firm in that country. We will pay his professional charges here in India after deducting TDS. Can we bill the US entity for the amounts paid to our employee by us and get it reimbursed by them? Please advice.

As I am having pvt ltd company presetly we are two directores holding 40% stake . one he want move from the company and now we are planning to have new director in his place. what are the formalities need to be completed.

And we want show new directores in the fy 14-15. and is any company liablity to share the profites fy 13-14 and 14-15.If so kindly guide.

I have taken permission of my employer for termination after 25months on grounds of transfer of parents. I have submitted letter for approval of transfer and form 109.
please advice weather i should wait for 2 months for approval of icai or should i submit form 102 & 103 now
