Billing us entity for remuneration paid to consultant on deputation

We want to send our employee to USA on B1 Visa to give advice to clients of another firm in that country. We will pay his professional charges here in India after deducting TDS. Can we bill the US entity for the amounts paid to our employee by us and get it reimbursed by them? Please advice.

Yes you can bill the US entity in US dollars for the professional services rendered by your employee.
